Each piece is hand cut and made to order at ShopKHANGURA studio in Los Angeles. Your order is processed once credit card authorization and address verification is received, which can one business day depending upon what time you placed the order. Once your order is processed, it takes 1 to 3 business days for your order to be produced and shipped. Weekends and holidays are not business days, and are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. From time to time, we have epic sales. When that happens, we work nights and weekends to get all orders out quickly, but we could still end up a couple of days behind. So, it could take another 1-2 business days in addition to our regular shipping schedule. But we will do our very best to get your orders to you as fast as humanly possible!
All orders being shipped within USA including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico get our Expedited FREE Shipping when the order value is $200- or more, otherwise you'll be charged $9- for shipping.
Our Expedited FREE shipping generally takes 2 business days in transit, AK, HI and PR generally takes 3 business days. In case you need to get your package the very next day, UPS Next Day delivery options are available at check-out for an extra charge, in this case the delivery address must be physical address, UPS cannot deliver to PO Box address. We do not offer Saturday delivery via UPS. Please remember that transit time does not include Sundays or holidays. We will contact you with a follow-up email if any information is needed regarding your order.

If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed. Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs. However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
When order is valued at $1,000 or more, we require a signature for delivery. This will help ensure that the order was delivered correctly.
We use USPS and UPS for domestic orders, and USPS and DHL for international and APO/FPO orders.
All orders being shipped to the following countries in the amount of USD 475- or More qualify for our Priority International FREE Shipping: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom. These are the countries we ship to currently. Priority International FREE Shipping orders are usually delivered within 7-13 business days. The Shipping Cost is USD 37- in case your order does not qualify for our FREE Shipping.
We use DHL for Expedited International orders, that usually gets delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Cost is based on weight and destination.
Customs and Duties
ShopKHANGURA does not pay any customs, duties, or taxes of any kind on international orders. Countries may or may not assess a fee for your order entering the country. This does not always happen. But please be aware that it can happen, and that ShopKHANGURA does not pay these fees.
